RTD Protein Shake

The 450ml bottle is perfect to chuck in my gym bag, and the fact it's gluten-free is a nice bonus since I'm sensitive to that. Took one sip and was genuinely surprised how smooth it goes down for a shake this convenient.

My mid-afternoon slump used to mean a vending machine run, but this shake in my bag has completely changed that. I love that it's actually gluten-free since I have to be careful, and the chocolate is smooth enough to drink straight without water. Fits my gym bag perfectly for a quick recovery sip.

Gluten-free is a must for me, and this shake doesn't leave that chalky aftertaste I've dealt with before. The texture is surprisingly smooth for a protein drink, and having six in a box means I don't have to reorder every few days.
