Reines Kreatin-Monohydrat

Six weeks in and my rep counts are climbing every session, which is exactly what I wanted from the strength support. Mixing it plain in water takes two seconds and there's no clumpy residue at the bottom of the shaker.

It dissolves clean in plain water with no chalky aftertaste, so I actually look forward to my post-workout dose. Three weeks in and I’m consistently squeezing out an extra rep or two on my last set, which is exactly the kind of baseline boost I was after.

Been scooping this into my morning shake for about three weeks now, and I’m definitely getting a few extra reps out of my last sets each session. It dissolves clean enough that I don’t taste it, which is all I really ask for from a daily staple.
