I chuck my protein shake in my gym bag every morning and haven't had a single leak since I got this. The 500ml capacity is perfect and the whole thing just goes straight in the dishwasher when I'm done.

The spill-proof cap is a lifesaver—I can toss this in my gym bag without a second thought, and the 500ml capacity is perfect for a big shake. Survived the dishwasher three times this week and still looks brand new.

My protein powder used to end up all over the counter, but this thing’s 500ml capacity and tight cap keep everything contained even when I shake it hard. Tossed it in the dishwasher after every use and it comes out spotless, no weird residue. Exactly what I needed for my pre-workout mix.
