High Protein Meal Shake

I was skeptical a shake could replace a meal without leaving me hungry an hour later, but the 1.74kg tub lasts ages and the Caramel Whi mixes up thick enough to feel substantial. For a busy workday lunch, it's honestly been a lifesaver.

The chocolate cookie butter flavor tastes just like a dessert, and one scoop easily covers half my daily protein needs. The 1.74kg tub lasts over a month, which makes it a solid value for how often I use it after workouts.

The caramel flavor mixes up smooth with just water, no chalky lumps like I've had with other shakes. A single scoop keeps me full for a solid four hours through my morning shift, and the 1.74kg tub lasts ages.
