Shred 能量補水粉

The mix dissolves instantly in my shaker with no clumps, which makes it easy to sip between sets. I've noticed I'm not dragging halfway through my workout like I used to, and the hydration really helps me push through the last few reps.

Took the 275g tub to the gym and scooped it into my water bottle mid-session, and honestly the hydration kick carried me through the last 20 minutes of deadlifts without that heavy, sluggish feeling. Mixing this into my post-workout water is the easiest part of my routine now, and the fact that it dissolves without any clumps is a huge win. Two scoops in my bottle and I'm actually feeling the energy kick in about 20 minutes later, which is exactly what I needed.
