純肌酸

Mixes into my morning oats without clumping, which matters when you’re adding it to something thick instead of just water. Been using it for three weeks with my usual lifting routine and noticed I’m getting through the last reps a bit easier.

It’s unflavored, so it dissolves cleanly in water without that chalky taste I’ve dealt with before, and it fits my low-carb plan without any extra carbs. I’m mid-way through my tub and the steady dosing is easy to stick to, which is half the battle for me.

Three weeks in and my low-carb diet hasn’t had any issues with this one—it mixes clean with just water and no weird aftertaste. Noticed a solid difference in how many reps I can push through on leg day.
